The Pioneer Cabin on the waterfront  is a cozy, modern log cabin featuring stunning lake and mountain views.

This cabin was built by, and named for, Pioneer Log Homes (the Timber Kings). It replaced the original cabin which stood in the same spot. In this beautiful, relaxing waterfront location, you can go to sleep listening to the call of the Loons on the lake and wake up to beautiful sunrises.

Pioneer Cabin Amenities:

The Pioneer Cabin has a well equipped  kitchenette with 2 half-sized refrigerators, a 2 burner stove top and a small convection oven.  There is a cozy dining nook.  The TV is satellite, with many channels, plus a dvd player. The cabin is heated with a wood stove, all fire wood is provided.  The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Outside is a covered porch with a gas barbecue, table and chairs.  The yard has a private fire pit and picnic table. This cabin permits 1 pet.

Pioneer Cabin Sleeping Accommodation:

1 Queen sized bed in the main room of the Pioneer Cabin looking out towards the lake.   (no separate bedroom)
2 Double mattresses in the loft. * Please note that the loft access is via a vertical wall ladder.  Maximum occupancy  for this cabin is 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. The loft is not suitable for very young children.

 2024 Rates:  We have a 2 night minimum stay policy. Rates are based on Double Occupancy.
